Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence Platforms Report
MicroStrategy Positioned in ‘Leaders’ Quadrant of Gartner’s 2012 Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence Platforms Report. The Evaluation is Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.
The Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence Platforms presents a global view of Gartner’s opinion of the main software vendors that should be considered by organizations seeking to develop business intelligence (BI) applications. As defined by Gartner, “Business intelligence (BI) platforms enable all types of users – from IT staff to consultants to business users – to build applications that help organizations learn about and understand their business.”
According to Gartner, “…many independent vendors continue to drive innovation and show resilience with loyal and satisfied customers and fit with heterogeneous processes despite unfounded post-consolidation market speculation of their imminent death.”
